GENERAL
These terms of service apply to the Théhuone online store (also referred to as the "Service"), intended for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. The online store is owned by N&N Lindgren Oy. By using the online store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the online store.
ORDERS AND FORMATION OF CONTRACT
A binding purchase agreement is formed when a company places an order and Théhuone has confirmed it. All orders are processed based on the company’s provided information (company name, business ID, address, email, phone number, and billing information).
PAYMENT AND INVOICING
- Orders are invoiced after confirmation via Théhuone’s/N&N Lindgren’s invoicing system.
- Payment terms are agreed separately with each company, usually 14–30 days from the invoice date.
- The customer agrees to pay the invoice by the due date. Late payments are subject to statutory interest under Finnish law.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
- The company agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information for order processing and invoicing.
- The company agrees to use the Service in accordance with instructions and guidelines.
- The company is responsible for any unauthorized use of copyright-protected materials from the online store.
PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Théhuone is responsible for the content of the online store (images, texts, product prices) and its compliance with applicable law.
- Théhuone reserves the right to modify and update the content of the online store and its rules without prior notice.
- Théhuone is not responsible for content or incorrect information on third-party services.
- Théhuone ensures that company and contact person data are processed and stored in accordance with the privacy policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All images, texts, logos, and other materials presented in the online store are the property of Théhuone and/or its partners. Unauthorized use of copyright-protected materials is prohibited. Finnish law applies to disputes.
SECURIT
Company and contact person data collected through the online store are transmitted via a secure connection (SSL). Users agree to use the Service safely.
COOKIES
The online store uses cookies to ensure proper functioning of the site, improve user experience, and for analytics purposes. Cookie usage can be managed through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect the proper functioning of the Service.
CHANGES
