Delivery Methods and Costs

For business customers, orders can be delivered in the following ways:

- Pickup from our store: Free of charge.

- Delivery by parcel service to your business address: €20 + VAT.

Please note: deliveries are made directly to the business address; we do not deliver to parcel lockers.

Delivery Times

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

- Delivery within Finland typically takes 3–4 business days.

Returns

- Business customers do not have a statutory right to cancel or return orders.

- Returns are only accepted in case of defective or damaged products.

- If a product is defective or damaged during delivery, please contact our customer service immediately. Provide photos of the product and packaging, along with your order information. We will arrange a replacement or compensation.

- Any other returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, agreed separately between the business customer and Théhuone.

PAYMENT TERMS AND INVOICING

All orders are invoiced. Payment is made via Théhuone’s own invoicing system.

The invoice will be sent to the customer shortly after the order has been placed. The payment term is agreed individually with each company and is typically 14–30 days.

Théhuone reserves the right to check the customer’s credit information and, if necessary, adjust the payment terms or require advance payment.
